NEW ENGLISH TURN RESIDENTIAL ARCHITECTURE

English Turn Country Club Estates is a planned community located 10 minutes from downtown New Orleans that was originally developed in the 1980’s.  The community was planned around a Jack Nicklaus’s designed golf course and includes a 43,000 sf country club.  The community has a number of design standards in order to produce a uniform design among the homes.  The owners were interested in creating a modern design within the constraints of the community.  We responded with a home that incorporates traditional mass and roof lines with clean lines and an open feeling.
