NEW BYWATER RESIDENTIAL ARCHITECTURE
This new modern home is located across the street from the Mississippi River and a beautiful new Crescent Park that features a Corten steel rainbow bridge as one of its entrances. The design for the home began with the client selecting a single pendant light fixture that would hang in the living room. The design includes an amazing kitchen, dining, and wine room that is enclosed by a folding glass wall. On a nice day, this wall opens completely to the rear yard creating a wonderful interior to exterior flow. The second floor houses the master suite and 2 additional bedrooms and bathrooms. The surprise moment comes when the roof deck is revealed showing a wonderful view of the New Orleans skyline.
